Because Skypark Valdebebas is built only for rent, it offers a wealth of services and facilities that you would normally only find in the most exclusive private developments. In addition, as a tenant, you can enjoy services such as the gym, paddle tennis courts, storage room, coworking, parking and gastrobar (the latter has an additional cleaning fee), in addition to a lot of exclusive promotions for our tenants.

Our fully-equipped and staffed* indoor and outdoor gyms are available from early morning to late at night – and as a Skypark resident, there’s no membership fee. There are also a range of classes run by professional instructors and fellow residents. Find out what’s planned on our residents’ app.

Our 27m swimming pool is well-suited to those who swim for fitness, but is also a great place to relax and cool off. Close to the park, we have two padel courts, that you can book.

Kids still need to let off some steam? There’s a dedicated children’s play area.

Planning a get-together? There’s a stylish gastrobar area with views to the pool and park, with a kitchen and large dining table that you can book for your guests.

Our secluded residents’ garden full of Mediterranean shrubs and plants, is an oasis of relaxation. And if you love to get your hands dirty, there’s space to grow your own fruit, vegetables and herbs.
