Housing in Valdebebas

  |     |   Build to rent

One of the most promising neighborhoods in Madrid, Valdebebas remains part of the city, but keeps just the right distance from the hustle and bustle of the center to offer a highly attractive lifestyle. This explains the rise in demand and the population growth that has led to an increase in the number of homes in Valdebebas.

Where is Valdebebas?

Valdebebas is a neighborhood in Madrid located in the northeast of the city. It is part of the Hortaleza district, near areas such as Sanchinarro and Las Tablas. Its strategic location near the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and close to the Feria de Madrid (IFEMA) also explains the area’s current success and its bright future prospects.

It is also adjacent to the Valdebebas Forest Park or Felipe VI Park, one of the largest parks in Madrid and a central feature of the neighborhood, offering extensive green areas ideal for hiking and biking trails. (And very close to the Real Club de Golf de La Moraleja, for those who want to perfect their swing like Jon Rahm).

The area is well-connected to the center of Madrid, either by road via the M11 and M40 or by public transportation. With its good connection to a major transportation hub like Plaza de Castilla, living in Valdebebas offers the benefits of a tranquil life without losing touch with the city center.

A real estate proposal that seeks not only comfort but also enjoyment through the various possibilities the development offers: paddle tennis courts, a gym, a 27-meter pool, co-working space, gastrobar, urban garden, and a cosmopolitan community to cultivate friendships and networking.

The Valdebebas Neighborhood

Primarily developed over the past two decades, Valdebebas has become one of the most dynamic residential areas in the capital. It is characterized by its innovative urban design, extensive green spaces, and high-quality housing options.

While it may have seemed somewhat desolate at first, over time it has become a lively area full of services, making it a neighborhood that is almost enviable from other parts of the city. For example, around Skypark Valdebebas, a number of businesses and shops, restaurants, beauty centers, gourmet cafés, pharmacies, and even hospitals have sprung up in just five years. In other words, it has become a self-sufficient neighborhood where nothing is lacking.

Furthermore, Valdebebas continues to expand, with ongoing projects that include new residential areas, the construction of a hospital, and the development of the Valdebebas Fintech District complex, which will house offices and tech services, further solidifying the neighborhood as a key area to live and work in Madrid.

In addition, metro access to the center of Madrid will soon be available, as the final stretch of Line 11 will cover the northeastern area, from Mar de Cristal to Terminal 4 of the airport and Valdebebas. Construction will begin in December 2024 and will be completed in the second quarter of 2027, adding 7.2 new kilometers at a cost of 350 million euros.

Valdebebas is establishing itself as one of the best places to live in Madrid. Keep it in mind and get on board before it's too late.
